Akarsh Sharma has spent his career building businesses from the ground up. Before recruitment, he ran and scaled ventures in electronics distribution — work that taught him something most hiring firms miss: a company is only ever as good as the people who show up for it, and finding those people is genuinely hard.

He founded JOBKREATORS in Agra in 2019 after watching the same story play out again and again. Good companies would leave a critical role open for months. Good candidates would send out a hundred applications and hear back from none of them. Both sides wanted the same thing and neither could find the other. So he built a firm to sit in the middle and actually close that gap — using AI to search a talent pool no human team could read through alone, then putting a real recruiter on the phone to work out which of those matches will genuinely fit.

That combination is still the whole idea. Today the team works out of Agra and Noida, has made thousands of placements across India, and holds itself to a 72-hour turnaround on a shortlist. It stays free for candidates, because Akarsh believes nobody should have to pay for a shot at a better job. His ambition for the firm is simple enough to say in one line: make JOBKREATORS the name a company trusts with its next hire, and the name a job seeker trusts with their next chapter.
